As England’s largest provider of specialist housing and care for those in later life, we manage 54,000 homes for both rent and sale to those aged 55 and over. This opportunity will provide a service to: Approximately 200 locations General, Dry Mixed, Glass and Food recycling only Services range from weekly, fortnightly and monthly. Addtional services such as skips, WEEE collections will be required Service is specific to care locations but does cover some housing locations. Approximately 200 locations Clinical and Hazardous waste collections Services range from weekly, fortnightly and monthly. Addtional services such as sharps bins, sanitary bin collections Service is specific to care locations but does cover some housing locations. This Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) Pack is issued by Anchor Hanover Group (AHG) to gather insights from the market prior to procuring a national waste management service. The purpose is to understand supplier capability, risks, innovations, pricing approaches, and operational expectations. Anchor manages a national care and housing portfolio, within which around 200 sites are included in scope for this project. These consist of: i. Care Homes ii. Retirement Villages The sessions will be run in October.
