The service

Winnable, run by Alfie Dodridge, sends subscribers a digest of UK public-sector tender notices matched to the profile they give us, and publishes information about open tenders and contracts on this website. It is for business use.

Winnable is an independent information service. It is not part of, or endorsed by, the UK government or any buyer.

Accuracy

We summarise notices published by public bodies. Summaries, fit scores and "watch out" notes are produced with AI and can be wrong or incomplete. Notices can also change after we read them. Always read the official notice and tender documents before you decide to bid. Nothing we send is legal, financial or bid-writing advice. We don't promise that the digest includes every relevant tender.

Subscription, trial and cancelling

The subscription costs £29 a month (we are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added). It starts with a 14-day free trial and then renews every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the "manage subscription" link in any email, or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future payments; you keep access until the end of the month you've paid for. We don't refund part months.

We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before changing the price.

Fair use

Your digest is for your own organisation. Please don't resell or republish it.

Our liability

We are not liable for lost contracts, lost profits or other indirect losses, or for decisions made on the strength of a summary. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will email subscribers about material changes. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
