What lands in your inbox
A short list, not a firehose.
Keyword alerts send you every notice that mentions "survey" or "design". Winnable reads each one the way you would. Is it your line of work? Is it somewhere you can deliver? Is it a size you could win? What's the catch?
Most mornings that's somewhere between none and five tenders. On Mondays you also get the renewal radar: contracts in your field that end soon, who holds them now, and what they're worth.
Client-side project management and NEC4 supervision from RIBA Stage 3 to handover is core work for you, it's in Wales, and the council marks it as suitable for SMEs. It runs from November 2026 to December 2029.
Watch out: asks for specialist knowledge of cultural buildings. The design team (AOC Architecture) is already appointed, so this is the project management role only.
Technical project management from a finished feasibility study through to handover, at a size a small practice can win, and marked as suitable for SMEs.
Watch out: they want a whole multidisciplinary design team, so you'd need to bid with an architect and engineers. You must register on both Find a Tender and eTenderWales to download the documents.
Up to three years helping bring forward sites for 250 affordable homes in Cornwall. Site assessments, development briefs and supporting studies fit a surveying and project management practice.
Watch out: the notice asks for 'suitably qualified and experienced individual(s)', so check the documents to confirm a firm can bid. Much of the work is planning and land deals.

Get in early: contracts ending soon, and who holds them.

Questions
Is this an official government service?
No. Winnable is independent. We read the government's own published notices from Find a Tender, the UK's official procurement service, and link to the original every time. You always bid through the buyer's own portal.
Where does the data come from, and what's missing?
Every notice on Find a Tender, which since the Procurement Act 2023 includes smaller English contracts as well as large ones across the UK. Smaller Scottish, Welsh and Northern Irish contracts that appear only on Public Contracts Scotland, Sell2Wales or eTendersNI aren't included yet.
How is AI used?
AI reads each notice, writes a short summary, picks out stated requirements that could rule a small firm out, and scores how well it fits your profile. It can make mistakes, so the official notice is always one click away and is the thing to rely on.
Do you write bids?
No. We find and filter tenders so the time you spend is on bids you can win. Writing the bid stays with you.
How do I cancel?
Every email has a "manage subscription" link. Cancel there in two clicks and you won't be charged again. There's no annual contract.
