The contracting authority (YPO) is undertaking pre-market engagement activities in advance of a proposed procurement for a Specialist Vehicles Framework Agreement. The purpose of this engagement is to inform the development of the procurement strategy, framework structure, lot’s, and specification requirements. The proposed framework is intended to provide public sector organisations with a compliant route for the purchase, lease, hire, modification, conversion, repair, refurbishment, maintenance and associated support services relating to specialist vehicles and transport solutions. The framework is expected to support a broad range of customer requirements across the Public Sector.
