In plain English

West Dunbartonshire Council wants a ranked list of approved contractors for UPVC windows and doors work, covering maintenance, routine servicing, emergency repairs and void (empty) properties in council buildings in Scotland, over 24 months. A place on this list is the entry ticket to future work, not guaranteed work: jobs go to the top-ranked firm first and pass down the list only if it can't take them. Bids close on 1 December 2026 at 12:00.

Good fit for: UPVC window and door installers and repair firms able to cover council buildings and offer 24-hour emergency call-outs.

  • May need Security Industry Authority approval where required to provide evidence of security Industry Authority Approved Contractor’s Scheme (SIA)
