Lincolnshire Housing Partnership (LHP) is a greater Lincolnshire based housing association created in April 2018. LHP is a charity regulated as a Community Benefit Society and a not for profit housing provider regulated by the Regulator for Social Housing. LHP’s Data and Technology Strategy 2026–2029 sets out LHP’s vision to become a digitally confident, data-driven housing association by March 2029, supported by a sequenced three-year roadmap structured around three phases: Foundations (Year 1, 2026/27), Transformation (Year 2, 2027/28), and Innovation (Year 3, 2028/29). The strategy has one overriding objective: to give LHP the technology and data foundations it needs to achieve and sustain a C1 Consumer Standard grading, with a target of March 2027.
