The Cabinet Office is telling the market about future training and technology contracts for the new National School of Government and Public Services, which will deliver learning to around 558,000 civil servants. This is an early heads-up rather than a live tender, covering coaching, blended training, learning design, subject matter experts, research and evaluation, admin support, qualifications, and digital platforms such as a learning management system and CRM, with contracts indicated from March 2027 to March 2029 and phased buying from April 2027 onwards.
Good fit for: Small training, coaching, e-learning and learning-technology providers, plus universities and business schools.

- Some work expects Crown intellectual property in learning design to be handed over
- In-person or virtual market events are the main way in, held in London, Manchester and Edinburgh

Together, these pillars work to build direct relationships with suppliers, provide a modern digital learning infrastructure, and establish robust in-house operational workflows. Pillar 1: Future Supplier Partnerships (FSP) The FSP project serves as the commercial enabler of the new operating model, building the in-house capability …
