This is an early market-testing exercise, not a live bidding opportunity; any contract is indicated for April 2027 to March 2028 at around £96,000.
Good fit for: Youth charities and voluntary sector providers delivering mental health, wellbeing or mentoring work with vulnerable young people.
- Not a call for competition — responses inform the council's thinking only, with no contract awarded at this stage
- Delivery model is still being shaped with young people, so the final requirement may change
