PRIOR INFORMATION NOTICE FOR ONLINE MARKET ENGAGEMENT EVENT The Renfrewshire Council, as lead Local Authority is seeking to secure insurance cover (excluding broker services) for The Renfrewshire Council and other participating bodies through the creation of a Framework Agreement. Renfrewshire Council will be holding an online market engagement event on behalf of the Council and the participating bodies. This event will take place online via Microsoft Teams. Further detail regarding the Framework Agreement will be provided in the published contract notice and procurement documentation, It is anticipated that this will be a restricted process and the Contract Notice and procurement documents will be issued at the end of November 2026. The online market engagement event will take place on Monday 23rd November 2026 at 10am to 12 noon and then individual sessions from 1.30pm onwards. An agenda will be issued to all interested organisations. Please note the market engagement presentation will be recorded and issued as part of the procurement documents. Please register if you wish to attend the online market engagement by sending an email to [email address on the official notice] with Insurance Market Engagement Event in the title, providing the names and email addresses of those wishing to attend. The individual sessions will be scheduled for 30 mins from 1.30pm onwards, these will be allocated on a first come basis. The individual sessions is for questions at the end of the presentation.
